PageWeaver License
Software license agreement
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and PageWeaver for the use of PageWeaver, including the downloadable Windows desktop application and related release files.
By downloading, installing, or using PageWeaver, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Beta use
PageWeaver is currently provided as beta software for evaluation, testing, and personal or internal project use. Beta versions may change, contain defects, or be discontinued without prior notice.
Grant of license
PageWeaver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PageWeaver on Windows devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement.
PageWeaver is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with PageWeaver.
Restrictions and limitations
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially host PageWeaver without written permission from PageWeaver.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify PageWeaver except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Workspace data
PageWeaver is designed to work with local folders and Git repositories. You are responsible for your workspace files, backups, repository access, and any data you publish or share through Git or other services.
Updates
PageWeaver may check the hosted release manifest to determine whether a newer version is available. Downloading and installing an update means you accept the license terms that apply to that version.
Disclaimer
PageWeaver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageWeaver is not liable for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of PageWeaver.
